What to see in Tossa
The Vila Vella, the walled medieval town on the headland, is the reason most people come: its towers and lanes look down on the main beach. The coastal path and the small coves on either side of the town are worth the walk if you have time.
Lloret de Mar and Blanes, closer to Barcelona, have long beaches and gardens above the sea, and are easier by train and coach. Further north, Calella de Palafrugell and Cadaqués are lovely but make a long day.
Timing the day
- Leave Barcelona early in summer: the roads and coaches north are quieter in the morning.
- Check the last coach back before you set off; on summer Sundays the evening return is the busiest.
- The road into Tossa from Lloret is short but winding; anyone prone to car-sickness should sit in front.
- Pair the coast with Girona or the Dalí museum in Figueres on another day.

- Yes, on request when you book, for a small supplement shown before you pay. Tell us the age or weight of each child.
- Can I get an invoice?

- What if my plans change?
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free. You can manage the booking from your confirmation email or by writing to info@quickpickups.es.
